GoldBand Plus 3-color High Range Protein Marker(25-300 KDa) - 10x 250 μL

The enhanced color pre-stained high molecular weight protein molecular weight standard contains 9 highly purified and pre-stained recombinant proteins from 25 kDa to 300 kDa (25, 45, 72, 100, 130, 160, 200, 250, 300 kDa), of which the 72 kDa band is orange-red and the 25 kDa is green. The apparent molecular weight is calibrated by the standard non-pre-stained protein molecular weight marker. This product can be used to dynamically observe the electrophoresis state and transfer effect of proteins. After SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, clear colored bands can be seen on PVDF membranes and NC membranes. This product is conveniently packaged and is a ready-to-use product. Do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents!

After the pre-stained protein combines with the dye, its position will migrate in different buffer systems. This is marked in the instructions. This product is for reference only when used to determine the molecular weight of the target protein.
